Setting up VoIP Softphone MicroSIP (for Windows PC)

Go to the webpage
https://www.microsip.org/downloads
and download the latest MicroSIP-Lite version.

And open the setup file that you have downloaded:

and proceed with the installation of the MicroSIP:

Make sure English is selected and press OK:

Press Next:

Press I Agree:

You may wish to uncheck the Run at System Startup here if you dont want the application to start automatically when you login to your PC.

Leave the default path and press Next:

Leave the default value of MicroSIP and press Install to start the installation:

Make sure the Run MicroSIP is checked and press Finish:

If you will encounter this Firewall popup then check all the checkboxes and press Allow access:

MicroSIP will then open on the right side of the screen.
Open the drop-down menu,

Then mouse click on the Add Account option

Enter the fields labelled with 1,2,3,4 and press Save:

Field 1) is your Name Surname.
Fields 2) 3) 4) are values provided by us.

If 2), 3), 4) fields are entered correctly then the bottom side of the MicroSIP will change to green Online status:

Which means MicroSIP "accepted" the settings and is ready for use.

You can now use dialpad to make calls.
