Add an email account to Outlook (new version)
These steps are the same whether you're adding your first email account or additional email accounts to Outlook.
Frist, click the settings gear/icon in the main window

In Accounts > Your accounts click Add account

Enter the email address you want to setup, and click Continue

For Office 365 accounts, enter the password and click Sign in.

If setup on your system, enter the Multi-Factor authentication code when prompted.
Your account should be automatically added to Outlook.
